EFQM Excellence Templates

The following templates can be used for conducting organizational EFQM Excellence self assessments as well as for improvement project planning. The templates are based on the EFQM Model and therefore may need to be adjusted to comply with the Abu Dhabi Excellence In Government Performance Model or the Sheikh Khalifa Award Model.

Please ensure that you adhere to your organization’s prescribed Document Control Procedure before adopting all or part of the templates.
